Hello there my loves, Christmas time is rearing it's plump and flushed head and I've decided to address early something I've oft had complained to me, that I never tell people what I want. So I've put together a short wish list for the season and invite friends and family to just go ahead and order me things off of it.

As for a quick update, all is well, I'm fishing for employment which has been less than successful so far. So yeah. Wish me luck on that. @___@ Hoping to work at a party place!

Hello one and all!

I WROTE THIS... and I'm not sure why. I was in a fit of fanciful freewriting this evening and I started typing away and this is what came from it. For now I am calling it a "prologue" as I am yet unsure of where it is going. But I DO like where it is going! The tentative title of the story is "Commanded to Fly" until I can think of/the story creates a more fitting title.

Oh, and Marcus, I totally decided to name the organization "Crowley" because of you. For some outlandish reason when I started trying to think up a name for them, I heard you in your creepy voice singing "Mr. Crowley." Wiiieeeerrrrrd.

HELLO. I don't ask much of you FList, so today I implore: I need a song for a certain character I'm creating. I've browsed my own stores of music and cannot find a single title to match him.

The character is a focused, dour martial artist who is atoning for a past sin he believes he committed. He's just a big softie, really. I need something with an aura of solemn violence to it. Preferably with a male singer, but that isn't absolutely required. And in Japanese would be de-lovely. The game is set in Japan so it just fits.

Okay, here's the deal. I need to know who is going to anime expo this year! My friend Nikki wants to go, I want to go, but we need two roommates to split the cashes for the hotel room! =O Let me know who wants to come! Gimme some info and whatnot.

Anime Expo:

Anime con, taking place in the Long Beach convention center from June 29-July 2. This year's Big Damn Event is the screening of the Transformers movie to take place on the Monday of the con.

The average cost of a hotel room at the convention rate is $163/night for a quad, which is the best deal if we all chip in. However, the hotels in the city are full up, so we might have to settle for one further away and drive in, probably no more than a 15 minute drive.

Heh, here's a project I'm doing for Fiction class that I particularly liked, so I thought I'd post it. We're starting with a book of Mayan fables, so the instructor wanted us to write our own short fable to read aloud to the class due next tuesday. I got some immediate inspiration and just went for it. XD
